About Us

Lentil Labs was founded with a simple mission: to make customer service simpler, smarter, and more human. With over a decade of experience as power users of Zendesk, we design intuitive, agent-first apps that eliminate repetitive work and unlock productivity for support teams.
Our name comes from Lentil, a loyal and playful Labrador rescue who reminds us daily of the values we bring to our work: dedication, energy, and a love of good challenges (and snacks). Just like Lentil, we’re motivated by helping others and making every interaction a little bit better.

Founded by Jason Katz, Lentil Labs builds on over 10 years of experience scaling contact centers. Jason helped grow Peloton's customer service team from 10 to over 3,200 agents and is driven by creating tools that make support agents' work easier, more efficient, and more rewarding.
