By accessing or using the services provided by Lentil Labs (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. License

Lentil Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements or operate without interruption or error.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Lentil Labs is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our policies. Lentil Labs is not liable for inadvertent billing errors beyond correcting such errors promptly.

4. Free Trials

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Lentil Labs may terminate a free trial at any time. Data uploaded during a trial may be deleted if you do not convert to a paid subscription. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content during or after a trial period.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Lentil Labs the right to host, store, and process your data to provide the Services. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lentil Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.
• Lentil Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• In no event shall Lentil Labs’ total liability to you for any claim related to the Services exceed the total fees paid by you to Lentil Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Lentil Labs is not responsible for actions, content, or services of any third-party integrations or services.
• These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Lentil Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
